Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate new leads

Developing customer relationship

Give proper reporting everyday to the management.

Handling and resolving customer complaints.

Lead Generation by Cold calling and Emailing.

Provide customers with product information.

Generate inquiries and sales leads through various channels including leveraging existing contacts.
